Upper Receiver Vise Block for .223 and .308
Easily install and remove barrels without damaging your upper’s finish using this vise block. The CNC cut NO-MAR polymer snugly fits your receiver while it is in in the bench vise. It universally fits all .223 AR15 and .308 AR10 flat top receivers. Use it horizontally for barrels or vertically for cleaning and optics installation.

People often ask “What’s different about the Windham Weaponry .308 SRC rifle?”
|
Answer:
There are numerous differences between our .308 and our other rifles.
For example:
On the .308, the receivers are CNC machined from 7075 T6 Aircraft Aluminum Forgings large enough to contain the caliber specific – and unique – bolt carrier and bolt. The lower receiver has machined sockets on each side behind the pistol grip that are intended for Quick Detach sling swivels similar to that supplied on the barrel’s gas block on our SRC-308. This feature offers multiple sling attachment points.

INTRO TO MODERN HANDGUN

This course is designed to educate students in safe gun handling skills & use of handguns best suited for personal protection or home defense. Topics will include handgun safety, cycle of operation, vocabulary, caliber selection & accessories. Our experienced instructors will also cover handgun management, shooting fundamentals (stance, grip, sight picture, trigger press and breathing), effects of stress and myths vs. reality. Instructors will identify your handgun needs and suggest the best handgun for you. This is a classroom only training.
This course meets the basic requirements for Maine’s CCW permit.

PRACTICAL HANDGUN 01
Sunday, June 2
9am-4pm
WISR’s experienced instructors will guide students through laws pertaining to carrying a concealed handgun and home defense considerations. Topics will include use of force laws, handgun safety techniques, stress shooting fundamentals, weapon management, effects of stress and survival mindset. After practical exercises in the classroom students will be provided the opportunity to develop skills on accuracy, trigger management and recoil management during a 200 round course of fire on the range. This course is ideal for new shooters or experienced shooters that want to revisit the basics. This course is 7 hours. Ammo can be purchased separately.
