This wrench plate is machined with a 1/2″ square for use with a torque wrench. It has 9 hardened pins in a pattern that creates excellent engagement with the barrel nut so as to not damage or slip during installation or removal.
There is a cutout for the installation / removal of a flash hider / muzzle brake and has rounded contact areas to lessen the chance of damaging the flash hider / muzzle brake.
It has a second cutout that fits the standard receiver extension tube.

Just a note to the Windham Weaponry family to let you know how pleased I am to have chosen Windham for my last rifle purchase – the WW “SRC” in 7.62 x 39.
I’m a very “brand loyal” type of buyer, and did quite a bit of research before choosing this rifle. What sold me were the independent reviews for outstanding customer service, lifetime warranty, and price point – in that order. The fact that you have perfected my favorite caliber in the familiar AR platform was just icing on the proverbial cake. The fit and finish of this weapon is almost breathtaking.
My decision was further validated when I recently encountered a bit of trouble installing the Elftmann Match Trigger I recently purchased. Your customer service team and Erik Winter, in particular, bent over backwards to insure my rifle was properly and timely serviced. From the time I called Customer Service to the email exchanges to Erik to the fast and free shipping of my lower assembly…I am in awe. And I know that my experience is not unique to me, as many others will attest.
Please convey my sincere thanks to the Dyke family, Cheryl Eliason, Erik Winter, and anyone else that may have played a part in providing me with a rifle that is as functional as it is beautiful. Utah Carry Permit Class
(Filling Up Fast!)
Saturday June 2, 9am-1pm
The Utah Concealed Handgun Permit in conjunction with a Maine Concealed Handgun Permit allows you to legally carry a concealed handgun in 35 states. This is a 4 hour class taught by NRA and Utah certified instructors.
Topics will include: handgun safety, Utah laws pertaining to carrying a concealed handgun, fundamentals of shooting, ammunition and parts and operation. At the completion of the class you will possess a completed application and fingerprint card. You must possess a Maine Concealed Handgun Permit to apply for a non-resident Utah permit.
